Depot Service and Manufacturer Warranty

• Base level program

• Units shipped to depot in Mississauga, ON for service

• Service is performed and unit returned after 7–10 business days

• Customer pays for freight both ways plus parts and labour
     (for units under warranty there is no charge for parts or labour)

• No replacement units provided

 

Onsite Maintenance

• Full Geographic coverage across Canada

• Onsite service to all locations includes all parts & labour

• Service provided Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:45 (local time) excluding holidays
     * Premium Onsite Service *

• Fleet average four (4) hour response time

• Fleet average 24 hour response time in major towns and cities

 

Advanced Unit Exchange (AUE) Program — Scanners Only

• Most common maintenance program used

• Upgrades the manufacturer warranty to replacement coverage

• Provides a replacement unit for the defective unit to eliminate any extended wait times

• Replacement unit shipped same day if service request received before 3:30 pm EST
• In most cases, unit arrives to customer by noon next day (Expedited shipping)
• Customer unpacks replacement unit, removes cables and prepaid
     shipping label
• Customer plugs in the replacement unit to the PC
• No configuration required—Plug and Play
• The defective unit is packed in the same box with all relevant cables
• The prepaid shipping label is put on the box

• The customer keeps the replacement unit and ships the defective unit back to depot
     in Mississauga, ON within 5 business days
